This program is designed to build stronger bodies to take on the physical demand of cheer! We set up a detailed training program to build strength and cut body fat. Along with training will come nutrition support/ advice to make sure for proper recovery!

Pricing

6 Weeks Training 2x/ week = $300 ($25/ session)

Minimum 10 Athletes per "Team Training"
